Measuring Tips

Are you measuring yourself or someone else? Hold the tape measure level with the floor, neither too tight nor too loose.

Length: Measure from the top of the baby's head to the soles of their feet. If possible, have your child stand up straight with their back against the wall.

Weight: Weigh your child and round to the nearest pound or kilogram.

Chest: With your child's arms relaxed at their sides, measure around the fullest part of their chest, under their arms.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your child's natural waist.

Inseam: Measure your child around their body at the fullest part of their hips.
