Measurement Tips

Are you measuring yourself or someone else? Hold the tape measure parallel to the floor. Not too tight, not too loose.

Chest: With arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: To find your natural waist, bend slightly to one side and then measure from where the crease begins.

Hip: Measure the fullest part of your hips, standing relaxed with feet hip-width apart.
