Measurement tips

Measuring yourself or someone else? Hold the tape level with the floor. Not too tight, not too loose.

Chest: With arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of the chest.

Waist: To find your child's natural waistline, ask them to bend slightly to one side and measure at the crease.

Height: Have your child stand straight with their back against a wall, without shoes, and with both feet together. For the most accurate results, mark the wall at the top of your child's head. Then have your child step away and measure from the floor to the mark.
